Our food is strictly Mexican. To complement the food we felt we needed to include select wines, beers and cocktails that represent the best of Mexico and other regions of Central America, South America and Spain.
On our tequila pages, there are brief introductions to the basic types and classes of tequila and mescal.
Blanco, (silver / plata) is served with traditional sangrita on the side.
Reposado is served in a wine glass.
Anejo or extra anejo is served in snifters / balloons to allow full appreciation of this fine spirit.
Please note that we only serve 100% agave tequila.
